The best winter coat I have ever purchased and worn. It is super warm while not stuffy. It feels like wearing a quilt but much more stylish. The first of many Vallier product I'll buy. I suggest sizing up if you think about layering.

De facture sobre, cette doudoune a été pensée pour maximiser le confort et la rétention de chaleur par froids intenses. Les nombreuses poches avant permettent de rapidement retrouver ses précieux objets. Produit québécois de très bonne qualité. La coupe ne donne pas l’impression d’être coincé dans le vêtement.

Perfect coat for shorter people; super warm and well made…love the detachable hood! Bought the large size based on reviews saying it fits on the smaller side… definitely fits true to size - had to return it; unfortunately, no medium available ☹️

It fits slim. Feels tight around the arms even without a sweater underneath. The front zipper isn't covered so it will likely let the air in. Material feels like it would be a pet hair magnet. Returned it.

I could not try the medium (my normal size) but after reading all the reviews I went with a large and it fits me well. Maybe a bit at the belly but the medium would have been too small in the chest and shoulders.
So far it's very warm but it wasn't very cold yet.

Good quality construction. Tight though the sleeves and shoulders in my regular size (M). Not a overly heavy jacket (sometimes down parkas can weigh quite a bit) and this one seems reasonably warm. Have ordered a size up.
