Lovely backpack

I bought this to carry my work laptop to/from work so I could toss a wallet, water bottle, and lunch in as well. The clips seem a little less durable than my previous North Face that I've had for about 15 years, but time will tell.

Good Quality Backpack

I am 5'2, and this backpack is a bit too long for me. The bag also makes me look like I have a hunch back when I wear it. Other than that, I really like the different size compartments and various pockets with zippers throughout the bag.

Disappointing

This new version of the Isabella is a disappointment to those who are used to the old version. I do like the zip on the outer compartment, but other issues made me return it. k - and only 10% of people are lefties. The top carry handle is a thickish type of ribbon that would cut into your had if you were carrying any weight. Finally, they eliminated an inner pocket that is quite handy in my older pack. Will continue to use my older and slightly ratty Isabella. Read Less
