A rip developed only after owning the coat for less than 2 months (less than 30 times). After contacting the customer service at Soia & Kyo, they asked me to pay for shipping to their warehouse for repair which will take up to 8 weeks. The size is not suitable for asian women, It seems a bit big to put on. The quality is good, but the design is a bit cumbersome. Compared with Canada goose, I would rather spend more money to buy good design.

Super nice jacket, very cozy and warm. But absolutely unflattering on anyone who is curvy and/or has a large bust- hence the 4/5 stars. If the jacket fit nicer I would have kept it and loved it, but it’s not a flattering cut.

I am usually a large (size 8) and this Large was running a quite big especially at the chest and hips. Super comfy jacket, just not the best fit for me. The fabric is comfortable and it is very cozy inside.

The straight fit didn't work on my fairly curvy body, but the jacket was beautiful and super warm while I tried it on. Would recommend this brand and the jacket -- it just didn't suit me.

The women’s PAYTON is a classic mid-length down winter coat by SOIA & KYO in a straight-fit. It’s padded with premium 700+ fill duck down insulation in an ultra-warm fill-ratio that utilizes 90% down and 10% feathers. A warm insulated inner bib secures with a zipper. The cotton/polyester weave outer fabric is water-repellent and water-resistant, shedding falling snow. The face-framing hood is outlined in a removable, colour contrasting coyote fur ruff.
