You will truly get all 13L out of this compression sack. Very easy to fill. Materials seem durable enough for my use, however it does seem a bit thin at first. The black straps are a bit confusing to put together but I’m sure over time this should get easier and less time consuming.

This is a great compression sack. While the Evac function diminishes its water resistance, it certainly makes compressing stuff a lot easier.
The 13l fits an older Marmot -9c Sawtooth (600 fill down?) sleeping bag very well. Probably the smallest sack this sleeping bag could use.

The eVent fabric lets you squeeze air out of the dry sack for more efficient space utilization inside a backpack.
