Le confort toujours au rendez-vous

C'est ma deuxième chaussure de randonnée Salomon et j'en suis très satisfaite. Confort et principe d'attache très pratique!
Attention à la grandeur: Prévoir un demi-point plus petit.

comfortable, light and very practical hiking shoe

Turns out I have a narrow heel and this shoe fit perfectly. I normally take a size 9 (women's) but took a size 8.5 in this shoe. I think the days of thinking you have a basic shoe size and having it fit in every make of shoe is gone. I had to do a return but Altitude was super fast and organized- on delivery as well.

My wife loves it

I bought this pair for my wife for her hiking trip in Costa Rica, and she absolutely loved it. We were worried it would not be broken in for the trip, but no issues at all, and it kept her comfortable and dry all week trekking in some tough terrains.

A little to narrow

I love Salomon's for my feet, but bought these for my daughter and fit small for her, she has a bunion. I went up in size and still a bit snug, she hasn't decided yet to keep them yet, but I still only by Salomon's for my feet.

Ces souliers sont super! ils gardent au chaud même en hiver et très imperméables par contre, la taille habituelle des souliers Salomon est de 9 et pour ce modèle il a fallu prendre 8,5 pour que la taille soit parfaite.

These get my top vote!

I have been looking for an all black approach shoe for ages. These fit my foot, which is narrow, very well. Excellent support and contact from the heel, through the arch, and the toe box, which is not too wide or too small. I did have to order a half size smaller than normal (6.5 instead of 7). uro sizes which are more consistent. A check of the Solomon size chart, and Euro 38 is their 6.5. Some shoe companies call a Euro 38 a 7. So I would advise ordering based on your Euro Size. Highly recommend. Read Less

Salomon's X-Ultra 2 GTX

Like most people, this is my second pair, I like it's waterproof, the inside sole is Ortholite which is only offered in the GTX version and can't go wrong when it's on sale. I also went down 1/2 size like most review suggested, it fits good.
