As has been said in the more in-depth reviews elsewhere, these are solid trainers. Fit-wise, the weave and lining is fairly breathable and flexible, and the shoe is definitely a bit wider and plusher in the toe box (good for those with a broader foot shape). The shoe should also mold a bit to your foot shape after a few wears.

there’s enough rubber underneath for climbing and keeping you from sliding out on planks, and they’re plenty supportive for lifts. None of this is surprising, given they’re designed for CrossFit. That said, I wouldn’t do much more than a treadmill warmup or cool down in these - there’s not much of a drop and unless you’re used to zero or close-to-zero drop runners it might be a bit harsh. The Nano 8 was recommended by my Crossfit buddies (word is that they even numbered versions are much better than the odd-numbered one) and I am VERY happy. The heel stability is much better than my old minimal New Balance shoes. 8s do hold my foot well. Btw, I am a 9-1/2 in a dress shoe usually but got a 9 in these and am happy I did. They feel better to me to be nice and snug. The grip on the sole is also superior to my old shoes too. All-in-all very happy the purchase and I get lots of compliments in the gym from those who see my snazzy new footwear with the cool neon lace ends! ;-)
