i went skiing and it was only -5. It did not keep heat in at all. Do not buy, POC should have good stuff but this is probably meant for a cyclist in the fall or spring.

Use it foe skiing and biking in the winter. Very easy to put on and it dries very quickly outdoors.

This balaclava is great for nicer winter days. I would recommend wearing it when it is closer to 0. I personnally use is when I do cardio.
