I love that these shirts have a hood so they protect the back of the neck and ears. We haven't used these in the sun but I got one each for my kids (10 and 12) for their sailing camp this summer. they both say they are comfortable and soft. No complaints. They seem to fit true to size.

My kids used these sun shirts canoe camping the last week: they are super comfortable, light and silky feeling (much nicer than other cheaper sun shirts) and it protected them from mosquitos with the hood. Absolutely loved them!

Bought the xl to try for me (usually an xs women’s) and wanted the sleeves to be a bit longer so I imagine the xxl would have fit well. I decided against the hooded version as I don’t think I’d get much use out of that.

It’s hard to find sun protection with hoods! This was a perfect too and great for school as my kids can pull up the hood at recess to protect their neck!
