Functional Filter

Works great but definitely doesn't last 1000+ litres. As others mentioned, clogs up and flow slows after a couple hundred litres, hence 4 stars.

’a sauvé lorsque que j’ai croisé un cours d’eau.

Il ne prend pas beaucoup de place et est léger. Il permet de transporter moins d’eau au départ et de se ravitailler en haut fraîche par temps chaud.

Ce n’est pas la plus rapide des méthodes pour purifier son eau durant une course, mais il est autrement très convenable. J’aime le produit alors j’ai racheté une cartouche de remplacement pour renouveler. Read Less

Nice kit

Nothing wrong with this kit, it has everything needed to maintain the trail shot. Like with most kits, you may not need to use every piece, but it certainly is nice to have the option - and probably a good idea to replace them at some point anyway. In our backcountry experience..

good for about 150 llitres before becoming painfully slow in gravity-feed configuration.

We were in Killarney backcountry, using only clean water sources. I will say, for the one day that we were on Georgian Bay (McGregor bay) where the water was much more briney, flow degraded much more quickly.
