J’ai choisi ce matelas de yoga pour mon conjoint qui mesure 6 pi 1 pouce.Il est plus large et plus long que les matelas de yoga standard. Il est parfait pour lui et il l’apprécie pour ses exercices au sol et étirements.

This mat is a step up from other mats similar to this. Has a better quality feel and a bit more cushiony feel without losing a standing balance. Nice grip, too. The XL size is great for someone taller, or if you want a bit more room to practice.

La largeur, longueur et épaisseur de ce tapis sont parfaites. Il est antidérapant et vraiment, le seul qui est assez comfortable pour les exercises au sol (comparativement par exemple a Lululemon (5mm) qui est dur et lourd). En plus de tout ça, à un prix raisonnable. Très satisfaite de mon achat.
