Crampons for walking and running

Nice grip for walking or running on light icy surface. Ordered a medium for women 8 as indicated on the chart but a small would have been better.

Very good for running

I used then 3 times and they’re great for running! I’ve also walked my two husky dogs (they pull a lot) and it did the trick on icy pavement. Also they’re not too agressive, so it’s not uncomfortable to walk directly on pavement. Don’t expect them to do anything on fresh snow though.

Plus ou moins satisfaite.

Elles sont très bien pour marcher dans le village. Je les ai mis dans des sentiers un peu enneigés et elles ne tenaient à la bottes. J’ai finis par les mettre dans mes poches.

Achetés pour courir cet hiver pour plus de sécurité et d’adhérence. Je vais les porter avec mes Salomon Speedcross pour avoir plus d’adhérence. Recommandé par des adeptes.

Crampons

The crampon fits well for an ordinary shoe but one has to struggle to fit it on a shoe with a wider sole than the declared size. Once you find the technique, then it becomes easy. Good product though.

Good quality crampons for running

The spikes relatively small, yet they are very useful on packed snow and ice. I use them for running in winter and they do the job! I wear 10.5 shoe size and the size L works perfectly.
