The vest is quality made with thinner material that has some stretch. I like that it is not bulky. Fits small. I am in between L and XL in general but for this vest I'd go 2XL or 3XL even.

kidneys and lower back only. I found it gave off a good steady heat that was comfortable. I usually start with the low setting and work my way up depending on how cold I feel. The low setting was enough to last the 5-6 hours of use that day with the 1200 batteries. Fit is small. My chest is a size 40 and the large fits without much room to spare with a thin base layer underneath. If I was any bigger I would go to the XL. The vest feels quality made with thinner material that has some stretch. I like that it is not bulky. It’s fitted and lite to wear. I believe it’s made to be worn with a base layer underneath. Easy to operate with blue tooth and I could feel the heat kick in right away once I started it. I feel blue tooth is a necessity for me if I have a mid layer and outer layer on as well which gives me the ease to adjust the heat and turn the vest on or off without fussing with layers. The heated vest for men guarantees a warm back at the touch of a button
The integrated heating element is not noticeably connected to the lithium packs (optionally available), which are located under the chest ribs.
