Backpacking trowel

Bigger than I thought but sturdy

good design, will have to see about the durability

overall really like the design, it has sharp edges near the front to help cut through roots as you dig. Fairly light weight and plastic seems tough enough for plastic. I think if you don't bang it hard against any rocks when you dig, it should be fine, but I doubt it would be as durable as a stainless steel one

Le plastique est transparent plutôt que vert comme le montre la photo. Pas trop volumineux.

Great tool for getting the ground prepped

Sharp enough to break ground but less of a risk for puncturing gear that a metal implement would impose. Very light and durable too!

Good product

This trowel is reasonably light and compact for canoe-tripping and seems quite strong. I have the feeling it will hold up well, but time will tell. I agree with other reviews that the light gray colour is not great, but not a big deal given what it is.

Presque parfaite

La pelle à la bonne dimension et est légère. Le matériau plastique est très robuste également. Seul point faible, la pelle est d'une couleur transparente donc pourrait être facile à égarer en forêt. Solution : le manche est troué donc ce sera facile de tresser de la paracorde d'une couleur voyante.
