Viidda Pro Light

These pants are extremely well constructed. If you are a 34” waist go up to a 36” I believe if you’re on the fence between sizes choose the larger size. Normally I would wear a 34 and they fit but they are tight where as a 36 is much more comfortable.

arger, this is a first for me with Fjallraven pants. The material feels top notch, light, semi-stretchy and air permeable - these will be great for summer hikes in wilder areas, where you would worry about ticks and cuts from underbrush plants. The material also feel quite sturdy, especially considering how light it is. The cut is typical Vidda Pro, with a low waist and well thought-out articulation. Mind you, this is not the pants to wear for climbing where you need a lot of flexibility - got with the keb agile in this case - but they do compare favourably with the Vidda Pro ventilated. All in all, a very nicely made pant that will clearly fit in my wardrobe and that I will probably use a lot from late spring to early fall. Read Less

Good lightweight warm weather hiking trousers

Sizing is true to size. I'm a size 32 and this was a perfect fit.

I think the key is that if you have to squeeze into a certain size, you should size up, but if you fit normally, you should order your normal size.

nction. Good as a knife pocket, utility or smaller electronic. Some commenters indicated that sizes fit smaller than normal and advised to order one size larger. I followed this advise and order a 52 (36 in) but found them a bit too large. I'm normally a 50 (34 in waist). I returned and re-ordered. Great pants

Haven't had a chance to take these into the woods on a hike but they seem great. Same comfort level as my vidda pros but noticably lighter.

ious pair has been through the wringer and have held up great. Worth the investment. The only slight negative is that the polyester/cotton next to skin feel (and moisture wicking ability) is not great compared to a wool, linen or purely cotton pant, but still they are far from the worst I’ve experienced. The durability compensates for this. Also, I will note that this dark grey pair is several shades darker than in the pictures, but this was a plus for me. Read Less

The go-to weekend pant

Waist true to size.
Not too loose and too tight.
Water resistant waxable.
Happy with the lighter weight material, makes these an easier go to pant without being too bulky.

Pantalon Fjalraven
