5'11, 165lb male, 31-32" waist size. Ordered small size and could have fit into XS, both waist and inseam. Just make sure to check whether you're ordering the US or EU size and plan accordingly.

I’m 5’11 170lb and picked a medium they fit great, are super comfy, pockets are well placed, air out zips on the side are excellent.
