The bag is super light and is bigger than I thought. I was able to fit my chunky 14in ThinkPad in the laptop sleeve (the separate compartment is nice). Unfortunately it’s a bit too long for my torso, so I am returning it but thinking of getting the 16L instead.

Looks great. Feels bigger than 24L. Easy to use and pocket access is good. Really needs a bit of foam in back panel. A pair of shoes will fix into your back

perfect. It’s my school, work, day trip, and everything bag! Lots of pockets and places to hook carabiners which comes in super handy! I would say it’s bigger than I thought it would be but in a good way. You don’t expect it to hold as much as it does but it doesn’t feel or look like a large backpack. I can fit my laptop, 3 textbooks, lunchpail, water bottle, raincoat and smaller bags/items inside without it feeling like I’m carrying a massive weight on my back.
