I have slightly developed arms and shoulders, with a small torso, but don't often have issues with wearing Small in most brands. I followed the Brooks size chart and ordered the Small size. It was too tight around my arms and shoulders and had to size up.
Otherwise it's nicely made and visible. A bit on the thin side.

Love love love the look of this top. I'm sad I can't find the matching vest in my size. Got the socks though! It's super lightweight and the material is soft and smooth. Lots of useful reflectors to keep you running or cycling safely. I am 5'4, 133 lbs and a small fit me perfectly with a bit of room for a baselayer.
