Smaller than expected due to extra padding

They are super comfy and bouncy, but because of the extra padding in the heel cup, the foot is pushed forward and the regular size becomes too small. It is possible to force the foot back into the padding, then it works, but it doesn't stay there, I tried. Would need at least half a size up to compensate. Great work shoe

Wear this for work and has helped with my foot pains and plantar fasciitis.
I work in private practice and I walk on either tiled or laminate floors.

Pleasantly surprised

I usually road run in ASICS and trail run in Altras but someone suggested these for the road and I love them. It took a while to transition to 0 drop on the road but now I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I’m a 7 in most shoes but a 7.5 in altras which is what I got and they are great.

Great shoes

Love these shoes. This is my third pair. I work in a school and west these all day every day. They’re well cushioned, fit well and are very stable. My favourite shoes.

Thrilled with this model!

In the last 10-15 years, I have mostly gone for more minimalist soles in shoes. However, after getting out of shape after major knee sugery and a few other health issues, I find these running shoes to be absolutely perfect for me. I've had previous models of this shoe and this shoe continues to impress. I'm on my feet all day at work and these are my go-to shoes. The cushion is plush and supportive, and the upper is lightweight and flexible. The comfort is top notch, and I will buy many more pairs in the future.

Great Altra running shoe with more cushion

I previously purchased the Escalante as my Altra road runner but really missed the cushioning that typically come with my Altra Olympus trail shoes. Paradigm is definitely the better option for a cushioned road runner.
