    The women’s OUTER BOROUGH PARKA by The North Face is a stylish mid-length down jacket built for life in a winter city. This lengthened parka is padded with 550-fill goose down insulation. The down-fill is certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) by a Control Union. The padding is protected by a seam-sealed, waterproof, and windproof 2-layer DryVent shell, which allows sufficient breathability. Reinforced areas on the shoulders and elbows withstand abrasions from backpacks and bus stops. A faux-fur trim outlines this parka’s adjustable and fully removable hood. A Velcro securing stormflap covers the 2-way Vislon front zipper, blocking out ice, wind, and snow. Secure-zip lower handwarmer and chest pockets offer storage for your daily essentials.
