Lorsque j'ai essayé d'effectuer un retour on m'a répondu que si je n'étais pas contente avec le produit, que j'aurais dû le retourner dès sa réception et son inspection. De plus, les températures indiquées sur le site ne seraient qu'une estimation qui ne représentent pas la capacité réelle du manteau. Or, lorsque j'ai essayé ce manteau chez moi, je l'ai trouvé beau et confortable, je ne savais pas que le vent le traverserait au niveau des manches. Bien que le service à la clientèle a été poli, ils n'ont offert aucune solution. Si vous cherchez un manteau pour le mois de novembre, c'est pour vous, car c'est un très beau manteau. I love this parka. I finally found the perfect dog walking coat. It is so cozy and warm. I really like the weight to warmth ratio. For being very light it is very warm and wind proof. The hood and neckline are soft and comfortable when the wind picks up.

Very nice coat, made without PFAS in DWR. Lightweight, comfortable. I would say that it’s great until -15, then you will need to layer. The sleeves could use a bit more fill. Overall, I recommend. I normally order a medium and the small is a bit big but perfect for layering.
