I really love this bag and have it in other sizes too. The material is super thick and durable and I use it to store and transport my regularly used camping gear. It's not totally waterproof enough to be submersible because of zippers but the material will do a good job enough to be resistant. J’ai eu plusieurs duffel depuis quelques années, mais je ne reviendrai plus jamais avec un autre modèle. Très confo, résistant, pas de rangement/compartiments inutiles (c’est un duffel, pas un sac d’école!). Très beau style. Je le recommande absolument, je pense même changer mon 120L d’expédition pour ce modèle mais dans plus grande taille.

The medium-size Base Camp Duffel attained its legendary reputation from its bomb-proof construction, functional design and versatile storage capacity. It’s made of weather-resistant laminate materials in a burly, double-stitched weave built to withstand the globes roughest conditions. The D-zip flap opening sheds precipitation and has an under-lid mesh organization pocket. A zippered end-cap compartment allows separation of wet or dirty wet clothes without sacrificing volume. Ergonomic and detachable alpine-cut shoulder straps are adjustable, enabling it to be worn like a backpack.
