Perfect for my needs

I like that I am able to fit my stove in the pots and a small canister of fuel in the pots. It comes with a nice carrying sack which contains everything. The pots are very light. Pretty solid, with some issues

The lids have the same issue that exists with the Trek 900 and 1400 pots from Snow Peak. ...that is they don't make very good lids. This is the tradeoff you make for having frying pans as lids. What I wasn't expecting is that the handles (of both the pans and the pots) are not as high quality as the ones on the Trek series pots. On the frying pans specifically, they become bent very easily, to the point where they will actually detach from the pan if you aren't careful.

The pots are very high quality, as expected from Snow Peak. They are much more durable feeling than other brands of titanium pots, and I'm sure they will last a lifetime. The short, wide shape of them makes cleaning much easier than the typical taller pots. They are also more efficient, due to the wider base catching more heat from the stove.

I'm going to search from an aftermarket lid which I can use instead of the frying pans, when they are not needed. Read Less

ron. There are usually hot spots when cooking with them. In control setting, you should be able to minimize hot spot upon using them to cook. At an outdoor setting, you may required to use a wind blockers to control heat if using gas stove. With that in mind, I usually use these to fry an egg, spam, fatty meat and sautee with the lids. Make instant noodle, macaronni or can soup with the pots. Cleaning aren't that hard. Sometimes food to stick onto the pots and pan due to hot spots, but are easily cleaned. Read Less
