    The S/Lab Speed 2 was created to help wearers keep pace during trail races that can only be described as treacherous. The updated tread design of the Contagrip® outsole delivers traction through the slipperiest conditions on mucky surfaces and resists clogging. A cushioned Compressed EVA midsole and the mudguard around the foot, provide dampened safeguarding and protection on miles of rocky ground. A combination of mid feather construction and anti-debris mesh on the upper help reduce weight, improving acceleration. Salomon’s Quicklace system and EndoFit technology combine to provide a narrow fit. Less foam in the lace pocket helps the Speed 2 remain light and nimble in even the wettest conditions.
