Having had an earlier version of this jacket, I knew I was going to like the balance of wind resistance and breathability this would offer.
The only downside that led to a point off is the lack of waist hem adjustability.

I used to thinks down was the only insulation that made sense because it was natural, extremely warm, and lightweight. I finally see the light and took a chance on this synethetic insulation layer and I love it.

more lightweight, and still very warm.
I bought an XS as a 5'6 lean male and found it was very snug especially at the waist (I'm 29" waist). When I reach for a hug there's some pull in the material but otherwise it contours my body very well. I personally like fitting my mid-layers as close as possible for skiing to make sure I get maximal warmth and minimal material build up.
However, by doing I can't really wear any other normal sweater / hoodie underneath it. Basically this is purely a ski jacket because of how snug it is, only baselayers or slim t-shirts can fit underneath it.

La coupe du manteau est parfaite pour moi. Modèle XL pour 6'2" 200lbs. Par conte ,l'isolation est plus mince que je ne le croyais. Il est conçu pour activités aérobiques car pas assez d'isolation pour demeurer stationnaire. Qualité et esthétisme comme à l'habitude pour Patagonia.
