Perfect flask for my Nathan vest!

I have a Nathan Vapor VaporHowe 4L Women's Race Vest and my flasks both broke making the water leak all over me. I replaced them with this flask. This flask was 2 Oz more than the ones that came with the vest but they fit very well. I would not have gotten a larger size though. They are perfect and I love them.

I was looking for slightly smaller soft flasks for my waist belt and running vest. I find that the 500ml bottles are too much in many situations so these are great alternatives at 414ml. Great running bottle

A great running bottle, compares well to others I've bought. Unfortunately, it did not fit in my Black Diamond running vest/backpack so I returned for a narrower bottle.
