The Piper rain jacket is made of our 2-layer city fabric and is fully seam-sealed. A snapped placket on the collar offers added protection from the rain and an inner lining offers added comfort. An adjustable hood, sleeve and waist allow this jacket to give a more personalized fit. It also converts into a small backpack.
