I bought this to mostly use in conjunction with a filter to kill bacteria and viruses. It would also work great alone for clear running water. Super small, would fit in any water bottle. I haven’t put the battery life to the test.

It uses UV light to disrupt viruses, disabling their ability to reproduce and thus rendering them harmless.
Downsides, it's an electronic device which is more prone to failure in the back country and less reliable than other traditional options such as Aqua Mira tablets.

À 2.3 oz c’est le plus léger et compact. Le seul petit bémol pour moi c’est que les électrodes n’entrent pas dans les bouteilles que j’utilise, il faut prévoir un contenant assez large. Pour le reste la batterie semble durer assez longtemps et le traitement est relativement rapide.
