Zero stretch to the waist, actually was painful to pull up over my hips since it had no give, measured 29 inches, with minimal stretch to the rest of the material, and showcased rolls in my midsection that I never realized I had, and that I was purposely looking to counter the potential of by buying high-waisted bottoms.
