Fairly quiet, more than enough resistance for me

Disclaimer: I'm not a high level cyclist, but I do commute a bit with my bike. I tried with my regular road tires and I found it to be a bit noisy. is no adjustment for resistance, incase you're wondering, you control all the resistance with your gearing. This changes the speed you are going at which changes the resistance through thr fluid. Read Less
