Great for honey

I'm using it to replace gu gel packs. I use it to get to 90 carbs/hour with gatorade as my drink on runs over 10km. Get 1 150 and 2 250 as the nozzle is different.

do not care for flip top

I purchased this flask to use for carrying water during my runs. The 150 ml size flask is perfect for summer runs which ar under 1 hour and for carrying in hand. Also fits nicely in a pocket. u are using this flask for gels, then this would be great as the opening is "high-flow" therefore easy to use. It is also easy to clean. Read Less

Its great for homemade energy gel

Perfect for fueling on the go

I used this extensively for marathon training - it was perfect for carrying maple syrup as my gel and made fueling on the go easy. Handy mini flask

I thought this woul be too small, but ended up being a very used item. I made maple concentrate in it, and used on ski tours and trail runs. Very stable spout, with solid twist mechanism.
