Not for me

I purchased these shoes with high hopes but there are four things that I really don't like:
- They get quite hot. I live on the raincoast so where waterproof shoes year round. These are less breathable than the equivalent shoes in on cloud, Solomon, Brooks, Adidas

hrough the tongue, but more that you get a wet feeling when water goes over the front and top.
- My orthotic insoles make a flip-flop sound inside them even when pulled very tight. I expect this is because of the aggressive rocker in the shoe. This feature is what makes these shoes comfortable for most people so this complaint is only relevant for people who have full length orthotic inserts
- Uneven wear so the right side feels like it is collapsing a little bit. This may be a small defect that I notice because I cover a lot of kilometers.

There are some things I really like about the shoe:
- tread is excellent for hybrid use
- overall fit is quite comfortable with large toe box

Sizing

I wear 43 and if you order 9, it's 42 2/3. If it's 9.5, its 43 1/3. So i will say their sizing is bigger than others. Usually 43 is 9.5

I decided on GTX version because it's water proof and the material is harder otherwise choose the basic version is good enough as it's softer and more comfortable. Also cheaper as well.

The all black is very sleek (looks great!), decent grip

I wanted a pair of shoes to wear for rainy weather and light snow for commute to work. omfortable enough (it isn't super cushiony like Hoka's running shoes). Fits narrow. I switch out the laces as I didn't like the two styles that came with the shoe. Read Less

Nice looking. Gore-Tex make it stiff

Great fit and comfort for wide feet
