A solid long distance trainer

As long you don't mind the extra weight and run on dry pavement theses shoes will preserve your legs real good, especially for heavy runner!

Skyward x

Great for easy days and recovery runs. Also used for my Long slow distances. They do fit a bit narrow in the toe box.

Almost perfect for me

These things have incredible bounce and energy return with a fast rocker too. Only issue for me is that the heel cup is a little bit too narrow for me, which makes me think twice about longer runs in them but that is more just a personal fit issue. They also are light but not as light as other race shoes, if that is a concern.

Narrower than most carbon racer

Good shoe, very soft, comfortable otherwise. However what's the point making a trainer that has less room in toe box than AF1, AF3, AP3, Metaspeed edge paris, SC elite V4 etc.... Why this trainer needs to be narrower than vast majority of top carbon racers?

Excellent but be cautious

These are designed with the very specific purpose of being excellent RUNNING shoes, which they are. The energy recovery and overall shock absorption is incredible. . but the stack height makes everyday use almost unbearable. Very poor walking stability and carbon plate makes them generally uncomfortable in non-running scenarios.

A great shoe

This was exactly what I was looking for. At first ai thought it was going to be a bit to stiff with the carbon plate but I was wrong and it moves as it should (with the kick of the plate performing well). Looking forward to many miles in these shoes.

Pros:
Bouncy ride, Soft Dual midsoles.

Cons:
Little unstable, narrow-fit at forefoot and heel. Too tall stack height.
