Soft and supportive

I bought this to use as a pillow with the Helinox chair one high back. It is bigger than I expected but true to the dimensions listed.

You can inflate it by opening one flap and puffing it up with your hands, or you can inflate it more by blowing into it. I found that inflating it to about 60-70% provides the best support.

s soft and the foam inside provides a more comfortable loft than the version with pure air, albeit at a 4oz weight premium (this is 6oz vs the 2oz version without foam). Note that it doesn’t pack down as small as the 2oz version either as you can only compress rhe foam so much. Packing it down is easy—you only need to open the deflate valve and roll up the pillow then close the valve and it stays fairly compressed.

One note about use with the Chair Zero high back—the back of this chair does not have Velcro like the other chairs, and if you are 5’10” or taller you might not be able to fit the pillow. Helinox is clear with this—this chair is not on its list that work with the pillow.

However, it works for me. Provides great support and is small enough to stash in the bag or car along with the chair. It was exactly what I was looking for. Read Less
