Packed in a thermos for lunch, this comforting soup is full of flavour and is a special treat any time, especially at the end of a winter day spent outdoors. It is super easy to prepare in the morning and will, without a doubt, give you that extra boost to pursue your activities with gusto in the afternoon!
Instruction:
• Standard Preparation: Combine the cold water (375-500 ml/serving) and the contents of the bag in a pan. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
• Express Preparation (for 1 serving only): Add 375-500 ml of boiling water to bag. Mix Well. Seal bag and let stand for 15-18 minutes.

• Freeze-dried chicken, dehydrated red kidney beans, freeze-dried vegetables (green peas, carrots, corn), fine herbs, garlic powder
