Good Value

Switched from Brooks Adrenaline GTS to Ghost because Adrenaline GTS 22 is stiffer than in the past. Ghost is a classified as a neutral shoe but I still feel supported in the shoe. I wear 5.5 in Brooks and Nike. I sometimes have to size down to 5 or size up to 6 in other brands. I have a somewhat wide foot and the regular width 5.5 fits me well. Read Less

Awesome!

Best Running Shoe

The most comfortable, light weight runner I have ever had. I want one in ever colour! Great fit, and can walk or run for miles without any soreness at all. Highly recommend this shoe.
