    The men's Arc'teryx Alpha SV jacket is one of the industry's lightest, most durable, entirely weatherproof hardshell's for extreme alpine conditions. Its waterproof/breathable 3-layer GORE-TEX Pro membrane and fully taped seams deliver immense protection from ice, snow, and relentless rain. A 100-denier nylon face provides maximum abrasion-resistance while helping seal this shell from moisture and wind penetration. This sub-500-gram shell has a regular hip-length fit with targeted articulation in areas like the shoulders and elbows, for the most advanced freedom of movement. The adjustable, helmet-compatible StormHood moves with your head when worn over a ski or climbing helmet. The hem features Cohaesive cord adjusters, which function as a HemLock to prevent this jacket from slipping out from under your climbing harness.
