I like the way my feet slip in with the one-sided tongue but the main thing I like is the roomy fit for my wide feet. I mainly run on rough trails and I havent’ put the Rock Plates in. I just wear thick socks.

Have worn multiple pairs of the superior s. The 4.5 are an upgrade from the 4s with the new top material. Start taken off as feel ultra toe boxes are becoming more narrow than older models.

iveness, but some people prefer a thicker sole / more cushion under the foot. The toe-box is nice and wide, leaving lots of room for your toes to splay out during longer runs, but the upper shoe fits snug, meaning you don't get much slipping. Not much has changed in this model from the previous one - the upper mesh over the toes has changed, it seems to be a lighter material and more breathable. The lug pattern is the exact same, but the sole does seem to be just a tad bit grippier (for now). Super soulier de course en sentier. Parfait pour ceux qui n'aime pas avoir les orteils trop serrés (large toe box). Construction A1, léger avec une bonne semelle, peut-être pas pour les ultras de 50+ mais pour de plus courte distance c'est parfait.
