Great upgrade from the regular Birkenstocks

I have the Arizona and wanted something with a back strap for when im doing more walking. These worked out perfect. They are not hard to put on and the back strap provides just enough support so they stay in place more than the Arizona. The big surprise was the new rugged sole which increases the comfort a lot. I highly recommend these.

Rugged and durable

I already own the Milano in regular leather upper with the cork insole and EVA outsole. These sandals are ideal if you want more traction than regular Birkenstocks and are ok with the extra weight.
My size 41 was TTS.

Milano Mens Sandle

Great looking shoes. I find them comfortable. I do need to break them in as I am getting some blisters. Fit a little big.

Milano Rugged Sandals

I like the sandals, seem study and well made but I find the sizing very different to get the right size. It’s indicates 12/12.5 and 11/11.5 but on the second one it is more of a 11, whereas the larger size were bigger. Ordered twice and for the second time will be returning as I cannot get the right fit.

Qualité Birkenstock, mais la semelle est trop rigide, meme avec un sac à dos pesant. En vacances pour des visites en ville, je préfère marcher avec la semelle régulière de Birkenstock.

The Birenstock Milano is the classic backstrap sandal. This version pairs iconic Birenstock features including oiled leather uppers, buckle closures and suede footbed liners with direct-injection outdoor-ready outsoles for increased traction and durability.

• Upper material: Oiled leather: Oiled leather is one of our favourite types of leather. Its oily waxed surface makes for a unique colour effect and develops a beautiful patina. The oily finish of our natural leather products results in colour variation, making each and every pair unique.
• Insole: Natural leather: Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. Birenstock purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features. Birenstock uses sturdy leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2 millimeters as upper material.
• Footbed material: Cork: Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.
