This summer I had some time to go train run on the Mt Orford in eastern township. I had brought these gaiters with me as I frequently get rocks and small wood pieces ending up in my shoes. They were securely attached to my New Balance More Trail v3(thick sole, look it up) without a problem. Can't wait to use them this winter.

POur les sentiers sabloneux c'est très efficace. C'est fait petit comme bien des produits Salomon donc pour une taille moyenne je prendrais une Large.

Got these to keep slush and dirt out of the tops of my shoes when running in winter or foul weather. So far they work decently well. Not sure how long they will last (especially the part of the strapping that for under the heel) but they were also reasonably priced compared with similar models.

Ces guêtres petit format empêcheront efficacement les débris d'entrer dans les chaussures lors de vos sorties de course en sentier. L'attache velcro se fixe un peu drôlement mais n'altère en rien leur fixation. Tient bien la cheville pour une bonne protection.
