Made for the dedicated biker who likes to challenge demanding trails, the fjørå flex1 heavy duty Shorts are our most durable mountain bike shorts. This “bombproof,” knee-length biking shorts eat crashes for lunch (even though we prefer none). They’re made in a highly durable recycled nylon material and have a C0 DWR treatment to withstand wind and light rain. The added elastane provides a good stretch to increase comfort and mobility. They also offer high UPF protection and excellent tear, pilling, and snagging performance. Functional features include Custom-fit waist system™ for perfect customization, gusseted crotch for reduced bulk and chafing against the saddle and triple needle stitches in strategic areas increased durability. It has two hand pockets, a zippered, neatly placed thigh pocket, and a silicon grip in the waistband to keep the pants in place. With a higher waist, you don’t have to worry about gaps and buttcracks. The shorts are compatible with knee protection.
