The men's Ellipse Long Sleeve Half Zip Hood is a highly technical alpine mid layer, built with eco-conscious insulation and loads of comfortable features. It has 70g of strategically zoned MerinoLOFT insulation mapped through the chest panels and hood, delivering breathable warmth as a natural alternative to synthetic fills. The body and arms are made of soft and quick-drying 230gm waffle fabric. This fabric blends merino wool with polyester to actively manage moisture and body temperature during chilly high-output activities. The recycled polyester face fabric covering is treated with a DWR finish. A snug fitting hood offers additional warmth and wind protection. This pullover's zip-neck collar provides fast venting. Behind the half zipper, there is an interior stormflap and a wind guard to prevent chafing.
