The coconut-Thai inspired soup is to die for. You will definitely enjoy the distinctive taste which gets its rich flavor from such aromatic ingredients as coconut milk, special herbs, roasted almonds, ginger, curry and rice vermicelli. Sit back and enjoy a taste of Thai that will tickle your taste buds! With its exotic aromas, its generous portion of noodles and its thick coconut milk broth, this soup is none other than a heavenly combination!
Instruction:
• Standard Preparation: Combine the cold water (375-500 ml/serving) and the contents of the bag in a pan. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
• Express Preparation (for 1 serving only): Add 375-500 ml of boiling water to bag. Mix Well. Seal bag and let stand for 15-18 minutes.
Ingredients:
• Rice noodles
• Chicken broth powder (glucose solids, chicken meat, hydrolyzed soy proteins, corn flour, sea salt, chicken fat, potato starch, onion powder, spices), textured soy proteins, coconut milk powder (dried coconut milk, tapioca maltodextrin, sodium caseinate)
• Toasted slivered almonds, skimmed milk powder, toasted sesame seeds, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, leeks, red and green bell peppers), corn starch, spices
