You will find in this dish all the comfort of an excellent stew. Composed of large pieces of braised beef, vegetables and sliced potatoes, this delicacy is simmered in a demi-glace sauce. Instruction:
• Standard Preparation: Combine the cold water (400-500 ml/serving) and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
• With Insulating Pan Cover: Simmer 2 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 12-15 minutes, stirring once or twice.

• Sauce (skimmed milk powder, wheat flour, corn starch, modified corn starch, modified milk ingredients, maltodextrin, dextrose, corn syrup solids, dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, parsley), garlic and onion powder, salt, spices, yeast extract, hydrolyzed plant proteins (wheat, soy, corn), chicken fat, flavour, chicken meat, caramel, colour)
• Freeze-dried beef (onions, beef broth, spices)
• Freeze-dried vegetables (peas/green beans, carrots/corn)
