Scratches but seems solid

Mine came with tiny scratches on the top where the lid snaps into place but the texture of the exterior is nice

Sturdy coffee mug to go

Lovely rust and brown colours to ease me into the work day with my cup of Joe. Flip top secures tightly to maintain heat and prevent spills. Fits well in car cup holders. Would purchase again in larger capacity size.

Quality control concerns, but responsive company

I got this item with the goal of using it as a coffee mug and a spare water bottle for car/car-camping/leisure hikes. Therefore, main concern were the temperature control, taste transfer, leak-proof status, and versatility.

Cons
- the lid is subpar. It is difficult to operate, which means if my son drinks from it and I’m not careful, the spout will leak. That would be okay for this design if this was the only leak concern. Unfortunately: Rim intermittently leaks. The issue seems to stem from an o-ring inside the lid; if there’s the slightest crumb or dust on it, it leaks. So, we’re having to double-check the o-ring every time it’s filled to not get everything in one’s daybag soaked. I have never had this issue with other brands’ vacuum sealed water bottles. This issue alone makes me avoid this as a water bottle, which is unfortunate.
- it does not keep my coffee warm for more than 2 hours, even when pre-heated with hot water. It’s too bad, as I would have been okay with using it solely as a better primary coffee mug for the car if it has done better than a non-vacuum regular coffee mug.
- it does not keep water cold with ice in it for 12 hrs, let alone 40. That part is not super important to me.

So, yeah. For the price it did not fill my expectations (or it’s own claims). I did try both lids and both bottles I received (defective one and regular one) and the above is reflective of the best performance I got. Read Less

I like this bottle because the cap simple (and is similar to the old HydroFlask caps). Also, the bottle does not leak and it keeps my drink warm for the entire day.

Easily my go cup

It's sturdy, as leak & spill-proof as you can get, easy to clean and does a great job of keeping hot drinks hot. Plus it comes in a great range of colours and finishes, if that's your thing. It's 18/8 stainless steal so drinks taste great.
