A local adaptation of this famous Japanese meal, our Gaspesian ramen highlights the abundance of the Gulf of St. Lawrence through one of its flagship algae: sea lettuce. With the addition of shiitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, chives, miso, and textured vegetable protein , the whole meal is in the bag!

• Ingredients : Organic ramen (Organic wheat flour, Salt, Mineral salts), Organic sun dried tomatoes, Organic soy protein, Spices, Red miso powder, Shiitake mushroom, Organic sea lettuce, Herbs, Salt.

Preparation: • 1) Set noodles aside, then add packet contents to pan
• 2) Add 1 tbsp of oil + 3½ cups of water, then bring to a boil
• 3) Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook for 4-6 minutes or until they are tender. Serve immediately with broth.
