Pro Aerolight Hydro Jacket is an extremely lightweight and waterproof cycling jacket engineered for top-level performance on rainy spring and summer days. At its highest level, cycling is very much a gram-shedding activity. As cyclists who train in all weather conditions, we therefore asked ourselves whether it's possible to create a cycling jacket that protects against rain but does not weigh you down? After multiple tests in the Swedish pouring rain and countless adaptations and adjustments, we had the answer. Yes, it's possible. The result is this extremely lightweight and fully taped rain jacket made of a thin, stretchy and waterproof 2-layer material. Mesh panels in the armpits enhance ventilation and a shaped collar at mid back wraps nicely around the neck to keep water out. Feeling almost like a super-thin windbreaker, this pro-grade rain jacket easily packs into the back pocket of a cycling jersey.
