This camp-friendly spin on a traditional comfort food is full of flavor! Our mac and cheese is a rich, creamy blend of Parmesan, Romano and Cheddar cheeses that can be prepared in a snap. Just add boiling water, stir it up and then kick back and relax while the freeze-dried dinner prepares itself.

• Ingredients: Pasta (Ground durum wheat semolina, water, egg albumen and salt), cheddar cheese (Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto), parmesan cheese (Parmesan cheese (Cultured part-skim milk, salt, enzymes), disodium phosphate), whole milk (rBST-free), butter sauce (Modified corn starch, salt, whey solids, non-fat dry milk, dehydrated butter, natural butter flavor, sugar, xanthan gum, lactic acid, turmeric and annatto), onion, sea salt, bacon flavor (Maltodextrin, bacon type flavor (Sunflower oil, smoke flavor, with other natural flavors), rice starch, salt, tocopherol (Vitamin E)), black pepper, turmeric, nutmeg
• Allergens: Contains-Eggs, Milk, Gluten and Wheat
• Preparation & Storage: Directions-Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 1 1/4 cups (300ml) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 8 minutes. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet.
