Its water-resistant side zippers and its Velcro ankle tabs make it easy to switch shoes, simply cool down, or lock out the wind and rain. The Polartec® NeoShell® fabric is waterproof up to 10,000 mm/24 hrs. The belt loop features an elastic waistband integrated with a webbing belt. There is one zipped pocket perfect for small belongings such as an electronic device.
