  During Black Friday Week and Cyber Week, you will find deals on brands that are not often on sale: icebreaker, The North Face, Fjällräven, Osprey, UGG and more. Some brands will be on sale later in Black Friday week, while others will already be on sale during our Early Deals.

• What are the policies on returns, shipping, or warranties during Black Friday?

  We have extended our regular return policy during Black Friday: All orders placed between November 4 and December 11 are eligible for returns until January 10, 2025.

  We’ve also extended our 15-day price matching policy. All orders placed between November 4 and November 25 will be eligible for a price match until December 10, 2024.

  No, sales are not final. Altitude Sports has a 30-day return policy, which applies on discounted items, and it's been extended for Black Friday: All orders placed between November 4 and December 11 are eligible for returns until January 10, 2025. More details can be found in our Help Centre.

• What if the price drops on an item after I purchased it?

  We’ve extended our 15-day price matching policy. All orders placed between November 4 and November 25 will be eligible for a price match until December 10.

  If you purchase an item and the price drops after your purchase, or you find the product at a lower price elsewhere, we will refund the difference to your account in Alti Dollars. Access all the details in our Help Center.

• Are Altitude Sports Black Friday discounts real, or do you boost MSRP so prices look lower?

  Our discounts are real. We establish regular prices based on the manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP), and the discounts are based on those.

• If I buy items during Black Friday, will it take longer for me to receive my order due to increased demand?

  We’re proud to ship as quickly as possible during high season as well as during the rest of the year. However, due to extreme volumes faced by couriers at this time, you may experience delays that are out of our control. Delays displayed by your chosen courier at our checkout remain a reliable source of information. You can always consider our Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery service, available in select markets in Canada.
