]]>I’ve called repeatedly trying to reach anybody to address my ongoing problems with the courier company you deal with. Been over a month a half now and I’ve yet to receive my order. I’ve also emailed Altitude and there has been no action beyond “we will look further into this”. Failing a refund in the short term, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter. Again, please call so we can move this further along. Thank You.
